Pripombe pred začetkom drugega kroga podeljevanja emisijskih kuponov

Fokus je Ministrstvu za okolje in prostor danes posredoval pripombe in predloge glede priprave drugega državnega načrta razdelitve (DNR II). Po Zakonu o varstvu okolja naj bi bil osnutek DNR II na voljo tri mesece pred oddajo Evropski komisiji, vendar pa bo ta rok po informacijah ministrstva zamujen za približno pol meseca. Ministrstvu je bilo posredovano tudi poročilo organizacije Climate Action Network Europe o prvem krogu razdeljevanja emisij.
